Summary:
We are seeking a full-time Clinical Associate to join our Perioperative Care Unit. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow a career in healthcare while making a meaningful difference in patient care.

As a Clinical Associate, you’ll be an essential part of the care team, helping create a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients, families, and clinical staff. No prior healthcare experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with direct and indirect patient care activities under the guidance of a Registered Nurse
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming perioperative environment
- Clean and disinfect patient rooms and clinical areas following established safety and infection‑prevention protocols
- Perform room turnovers, including routine, terminal, and precaution cleaning (training provided)
- Prepare patient care rooms to ensure they are organized, stocked, and ready for the next patient

Compensation & Benefits
The starting hourly rate is $18.33 and this position includes a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience
High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma.
NOTE:
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
