Develop, coordinate and deliver comprehensive product training and education to customers (clinicians, technicians, sales teams) on the features, benefits, and safe operation of GE HealthCare anesthesia systems, accessories, and consumables.
Support product installation, first use, evaluations, and clinical trials where required.
Support tender processes by reviewing bid specifications and preparing the necessary documentation.
Provide on-site and remote technical and clinical support during product installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Improve customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education.
Act as a subject matter expert for anesthesia workflows and clinical applications, demonstrating how GE HealthCare products enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.
Cross-functional collaboration with sales, service, quality, supply chain and marketing teams to develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for prospective and existing clients.
Translate technical and clinical materials.
Gather customer feedback and market intelligence, communicating insights to product development and marketing teams to inform future product enhancements and strategies.
Assist in the creation and review of technical documentation, training materials, and user manuals to ensure accuracy and clarity.
Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and professional societies to represent GE HealthCare and stay abreast of market trends and competitive offerings.
Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Bachelor's degree in a clinical field (e.g., Anesthesiology, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering) or a related technical discipline.
Minimum of 1-3 years of clinical experience in an anesthesia setting or equivalent experience in medical device applications support for anesthesia products.
Strong understanding of anesthesia clinical workflows, patient monitoring, ventilation, and related accessories/consumables.
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) is essential, Portuguese is a plus.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel frequently (~60%) within Spain, and occasionally internationally, to support customer needs and company initiatives.
Valid driving license.
