• 负责制定并执行全国范围的应用支持战略，通过临床教育、客户关系管理和销售团队协作，推动订单、销售、利润和市场份额的提升。
• 管理并指导 Clinical Application Specialist 团队，确保临床知识和教育支持在各类展会、客户培训及区域活动中得到有效传递。
• 深入理解产品线、市场趋势、销售流程及客户群体，结合分析思维和商业经验，制定并落实应用支持政策与策略。
• 掌握行业最佳实践，洞察竞争对手动态及市场信息，推动公司产品方案在临床应用层面的融合与优化。
• 负责团队建设与管理，指导和培训团队成员，提升整体团队产出与执行力。
• 运用判断力解决复杂的市场、产品线及客户问题，提出创新解决方案，合理利用内部及有限外部资源支持决策。
• 作为客户与公司之间的接口，建立并维护牢固的客户关系，确保技术信息和临床教育的有效传递。
• 主导全国范围内中等至大型项目，确保资源合理分配与风险控制。

基本资格

• 本科及以上学历，医学、生命科学或相关专业背景优先。
• 在医疗器械或相关行业具有丰富的应用支持经验。
• 优秀的口头与书面沟通能力，能够在全国范围内有效影响合作伙伴与团队。
• 杰出的人际关系和领导能力，能够领导跨区域团队并推动全国性计划。
• 具备战略思维和执行力，能够同时协调多个区域项目。
• 强大的问题识别与解决能力，可靠的分析和组织能力。
• 能够在全国范围内推动应用支持与临床教育，提升市场份额和客户满意度。
