Job Description:
Provides application support to sales representatives and clients in product screenings and treatment program selection. Responsible for troubleshooting treatment programs to meet the customer’s cost and performance objectives. Prepares written trip reports to document recommendations and results and to assist the sales representatives in advancing the selling process.
Job Requirements:
Monthly Administrative Activities with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Orthodontists
• Communicate updates, features, and tools of the Spark Approver software for managing dental malocclusions.
• Verify, validate, and implement clinical programs for Clinical and Master's training in Digital Orthodontics developed by the Continuing Education Department.
• Share clinical knowledge of dental malocclusion treatment protocols applied to digital orthodontics.
• Participate in follow-up calls conducted by the clinical design team.
• Differentiate Spark from competing products and highlight its clinical features.
• Propose educational materials to reinforce orthodontists' clinical knowledge.
• Other activities may be assigned.
Monthly Clinical Activities with Orthodontists
• Review and evaluate clinical cases submitted by orthodontists in the Spark Approver software.
• Review and evaluate clinical cases submitted by orthodontists in the Spark Approver software. • Provide clinical support to orthodontists regarding questions they may have when submitting digital orthodontics cases using Spark Approver.
• Ensure orthodontists use and understand the tools offered in the Spark Approver software effectively.
• Track the number of cases submitted and pending approval on the Spark Approver platform.
• Develop and implement clinical workshops and scientific meetings to support the Spark onboarding process.
• Other duties may be assigned.
