$99,258.00 - $158,808.00

This position supervises all the Back Office Clinical support staff (RN, LPNs, MAs and PFT's) across Endocrinology, Infectious Disease and Pulmonology clinics. This position is essential to provide the Leadership and support for the staff, patients and providers.

Responsible for planning, organizing, maintaining and supervising staff’s assigned work areas and directing the work flow of patient care.  Implements and executes overall goals set in the department in conjunction with the manager/director.  Provides strong leadership, good communication skills and collaborates with other members of the health care team to determine priorities of care.  In collaboration with the manager, assist with the management of services, such that the delivery of high-quality patient care is assured and designated budgetary parameters are maintained. 

Exempt position

Monday to Friday, no weekends or evenings or holidays

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.  Associate Nursing Degree required. Bachelors’ of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required

  • Current BLS and/or ACLS (depending on location worked) certification required.

  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience as a registered nurse required

  • Experience in Endocrinology or Pulmonology or physician practice setting preferred. 

  • Minimum of two years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
