Clinic Resource Manager
The Clinic Resource Manager functions as the operational leader for managing contractor pay requests, travel reimbursements, clinic scheduling, and field technologist oversight. This role ensures strategic goals are met by executing operational policies, maintaining accurate records, managing field technologists, and coordinating contractor onboarding. The Manager serves as the primary point of contact for operational tasks and supports team communication and client satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2 years in healthcare operations, administrative coordination, or related responsibilities.
Experience with contractor management preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platforms (e.g.,
Monday.com).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions to establish a safe work environment.
Must act calmly and effectively in busy, stressful, or emergency situations.
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language in person, phone, and writing.
Requires adherence to all policies and procedures, including standards for safety, attendance, punctuality, and personal appearance.
Strong attention to detail.

Learn and use resource management software/tools.
Learn and utilize employee document management software/tools.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff, management, and peers at client facilities.
Maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including managing interactions with people in difficult, stressful situations.
Ability to create agendas, send meeting minutes, and maintain effective communication.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain accurate records, reports, and files, as directed.
Maintain internal schedule with accurate clinic needs, addresses, dates,etc.
Document work processes, as required.
Assign and review personnel assigned via scheduling app.
Guide, direct and supervise daily activities of field technologists, including participation in performance review and coaching.
Review and approve W2 field technologists’ timecards for accuracy.
Conduct new employee orientation and continuous training.
Monitor equipment status for upcoming clinics.
Assess upcoming clinic needs and perform outreach to fill roles.
Send out Statements of Work (SOWs) and update schedules in Roshal Portal.
Perform quality assurance.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISION:
Position reports to Operations Manager
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Office-based with occasional remote coordination; requires frequent communication with contractors and internal teams.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimal physical effort; primarily computer-based tasks.
PUBLIC CONTACT:
Requires some public contact with client patients, client staff as well as field technologists, internal staff, and clients requiring professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proficiency in scheduling tools and shared document platforms.
