About the Role:
The Clinic Lead is a hybrid clinical and operational leadership role responsible for ensuring high quality, insight driven patient care while overseeing day-to-day clinic performance. This individual provides management to Physicians and Lead Operators, ensures compliance with clinical and operational standards, and partners closely with cross functional teams to uphold Neko’s vision of delivering exceptional preventive care.
The Clinic Lead will work collaboratively with the Area Director to maintain clinic readiness, ensure staffing coverage, and uphold both medical and operational quality.
