We’re looking for a Clienteling Expert to lead Clienteling execution across the CEEAN cluster and transform customer engagement into measurable sales growth.

This is your chance to own a key commercial program, work closely with retail teams, and play a pivotal role in delivering an elevated luxury experience while driving tangible business results.

About the Job

As a Clienteling Expert, you will own and drive the end‑to‑end Clienteling program within the CEEAN cluster, ensuring consistent execution in stores and delivering measurable commercial impact. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead end‑to‑end Clienteling execution across multiple markets
  • Support stores in adopting and consistently using Clienteling tools and best practices
  • Partner with retail teams to improve customer engagement, outreach, and conversion
  • Plan and execute Clienteling campaigns, activations, and events
  • Support CRM initiatives and promotions through strong store‑level execution
  • Track and analyze Clienteling KPIs, sales impact, and adoption metrics
  • Manage Clienteling budgets and monitor spend
  • Coordinate training and onboarding for store teams
  • Act as a trusted expert and advisor for Clienteling‑related topics
  • Prepare reports and insights for management and key stakeholders

About You

We are looking for a motivated and execution driven professional with a strong commercial mindset and passion for customer engagement:

  • 2–5 years of experience in clienteling, CRM, retail, sales, or customer experience roles
  • Previous experience in a retail or store‑based environment
  • Strong understanding of customer engagement and loyalty concepts
  • Comfortable working with sales data, KPIs, and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proactive, hands‑on mindset with strong ownership
  • Customer‑centric and solution‑oriented
  • Fluent in English
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
