What You Will Get To Do:

As a Client Support Graduate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients, including Custodians, Fund Managers, and Advisers. Acting as a professional representative of the organisation, you will support client interactions through phone and written communication while building a strong foundation in financial services operations.

This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to trade processing, reporting, and client relationship management. You will develop essential skills in problem-solving, communication, and workflow management while contributing to the accurate and timely resolution of client requests. Your work will support strong service standards and help build trusted, long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong rapport with clients and internal teams by delivering professional, responsive, and empathetic service

  • Manage client enquiries across phone, email, and workflow systems, ensuring timely and accurate resolution

  • Respond to client queries in line with agreed service standards and timeframes

  • Support the Client Support Manager by identifying, escalating, and assisting with the resolution of issues

  • Assist with escalated matters and learn to identify recurring issues to support proactive resolution

  • Act as a point of contact for clients under supervision, developing confidence through clear communication

  • Monitor client mailboxes and workflow systems to track, prioritise, and resolve service requests efficiently

  • Coordinate client instructions with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing

  • Learn to fulfil service and processing requests in line with SLAs and operational requirements

What You Will Bring:

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline

  • Strong interest in financial markets, managed funds, and client service

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads, and adapt to changing priorities

  • Curious, resourceful, and committed to problem-solving, with a strong service mindset

  • Able to anticipate client needs, provide solutions, and deliver exceptional service to institutional clients (Custodians, Fund Managers, Advisers)

  • Skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and colleagues

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
