Within this construct, we are now seeking to hire a new member of the Index Client Specialist team to develop client-centric and quality-focused client service.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Client Specialist you will be joining a growing team within our STOXX organization, with the objective to deliver high-quality service and engagement that differentiates STOXX from other index providers and continues STOXX journey in being a leading global index provider.
While fostering long-term growth by enhancing client satisfaction through product and technical engagement and deepening product relationships. You will be working closely with our Sales teams and several internal departments to drive projects forward and service our clients.
The successful candidate will support the following activities:
Partner with the Sales Executive to jointly manage client relationships
Act as the primary product, technical and operational contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth execution of projects and services
Proactively communicate upcoming key events and jointly engage with clients
Own custom client reportings and their timely delivery to maximize information for clients
Partner with sales on commercial strategy execution set from index leadership team
Coordinate with the Client Support team on ongoing issues, upcoming events, and enhancement requests
Maintain deep understanding of index design, calculation and data structures
Understand index workflows and implied dependencies to ensure efficient communication across both internal teams and external parties
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal teams, such as Client Success, Sales, Index Product Management, Research & Development, Operations and more
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a financial environment (Index Business, Client Service, Asset Management) and understanding of the Financial Markets environment
Experience in Client Facing and/or Product Management roles desirable
Strong analytical, conceptual skills and know-how in usage of index data by clients
Fluency in English; German is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of PowerBI (Python and usage of AI is a plus)
High attention to detail
Strong communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
Intrinsic motivation to expand knowledge around financial indices and the usage of them
