Position Summary
Under general supervision coordinates delivery of our client's content to TV and Digital platforms. This includes managing air schedules, Client On-boarding, confirming all material costs, creation of purchase orders, coordinating vendors, troubleshooting technical problems related to content deliverables, ensuring timely delivery of content.
The role is heavily administrative therefore clear, concise communication both in writing and verbally is a pre-requisite.
Role and Responsibilities
Work closely with Line Manager in all day to day servicing activities, ensuring a clear flow of communication.
Work will involve creation of research reports, title by title asset research, movement of assets, servicing of scripts, music cues and subtitled files, liaising with storage/duplication facilities, material costs to be confirmed upfront, preparation of orders withing our ordering system, communication with Sales and clients and other internal departments, as required/requested by the Client Servicing Team.
Responsible for purchase order creation and submission to Deluxe UK and Deluxe US
Manage and coordinate On-boarding workflow with Deluxe UK and Deluxe US.
Work as part of a team within UK Technical Operations and always ensuring a constant flow of communication on all aspects of servicing operations as relevant within the group.
Identify and report improvement areas to workflows.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Director, Client Servicing and direct Line Manager.
Key Requirements
Proven, high-level knowledge of broadcast material formats (tape/file/audio), duplication and distribution processes, with prior employment experience within a media vendor, broadcaster or digital platform.
A good knowledge of technical specifications including upgraded technology pertaining to worldwide distribution services
Effective time-management, flexibility and organisational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to written and verbal instructions
Able to handle multiple assignments and multi-tasks.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment, and prioritise/schedule work accordingly.
Proficient computer skills, (Windows MS office - Outlook, Word, Excel), proficient in database usage
