The Client Services Representative acts as the main point of contact for our clients, managing the account and handling customer queries and communications via phone, video call, email, and in person.
Key Job Functions/Responsibilities
Customer Support: Answering inquiries, resolving service issues, and managing client challenges and complaints
Account Management: Updating customer account information, inventory management, change management, overseeing daily production needs as well as special requests
Communication: Acting as the liaison between clients and internal departments (Sales, Technology, Project Management, Operations), attending and leading client quarterly business reviews
Documentation: Recording details of changes, incidents and client interactions in various internal tracking systems
Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products or services to provide accurate information
Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting issues and mitigating conflicts to maintain positive client relationships and swift incident resolution
Other duties as assigned
Basic Skill Level Requirements
Education:
College Diploma in Business Administration or related field
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service or related fields is an asset.
Skills and Tools:
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, show empathy, and handle challenging customer interactions and concerns
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management abilities

Compensation
Salary Range: 24.00 – 30.00 CAD/hour. Compensation may vary depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
