As a Client Services Project Manager II at Thermo Fisher Scientific's Biosciences Division, you will contribute to ensuring successful delivery of Cell and Gene Therapy products and exceptional customer service. Working under the direction of Strategic Alliance managers, you will manage a portfolio of Commercial Supply Agreement customers, ensuring smooth post-execution support by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams, coordinating purchase orders, inventory, supporting documentation for order release holds on orders, and managing the regular customer-facing order review meetings.

  • Serves as the internal link between departments, maintaining direct communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Initiates the involvement of appropriate internal teams, maintains ongoing communication and ensure deliverables meet company and customer standards.
  • Work under the direction of the Strategic Alliance Manager, to review and align quarterly forecasts and support annual price notification activities as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with the global team- including Operations, Logistics, LCS Customer Service and other key partners-to address customer needs and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinates inventory review for single lot availability, and coordinates with internal partners  to secure inventory not yet available for production or shipment.
  • Performs other related duties as the need arises and/or assigned



Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of customer facing experience, preferably in the life sciences industry
• Preferred Fields of Study: life sciences, healthcare, business or related field
• Project Management certification preferred
• Strong understanding of GMP/GxP requirements and quality management systems

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities with demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects
• Advanced communication and presentation skills; able to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in project management tools and MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with relevant systems like Salesforce, GPMS, TrackWise preferred
• Demonstrated financial acumen and budget management capabilities
• Analytical approach with ability to identify and address risks
• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and process compliance skills
• Self-directed while collaborating effectively in a matrix environment
• English fluency required; additional languages beneficial
• Travel required 10-25%
• Client-focused with demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $54,000.00–$81,000.00.
