Overview

HIL is looking for a Client Services Manager (CSM) to join our team. The CSM ensures the execution of the highest quality services and customer service for clients, guardians, families and funding representatives.  You will provide day-to-day leadership, care plan implementation and management, oversight and support to up to 6 residential program sites for adults with disabilities.
As a Client Services Manager, you will:
  • Maintain quality systems, processes, and client services by providing oversight and support of assigned programs
  • Perform HR management and professional development for assigned staff
  • Develop effective communication strategies between employees, supervisors, clients, client guardians, and care management teams.
  • Oversee client service planning and collaborate on developing quantifiable success factors
  • Manage the fiscal performance of assigned programs, investigating and accounting for variances from budget, and developing plans of correction.
  • Promote compliance and standardization regarding regulatory, contractual and company standards

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years of experience overseeing multi-site behavioral or CBRF programs
  • 2 years of supervisory experience a in Human Services field
  • Valid Driver’s License with 3 years of acceptable driving record
  • Flexibility, autonomy, responsiveness, and a high level of initiative
  • Ability to travel to different work locations, training sessions, and meetings
  • Successful completion of a caregiver background check, TB, and Health Screen
