Job Description Summary

This role provides dedicated graphic design support for the PDS Client Services and PDS Leadership Team at Cushman & Wakefield, ensuring submissions, presentations, and collateral are visually compelling and brand-compliant. The designer will collaborate closely with client services, sales personnel, and regional creative teams to deliver timely, effective solutions that maintain a consistent visual identity across multiple projects. Responsibilities include managing artwork edits, keeping tools current, and applying creative problem-solving to meet diverse stakeholder needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide graphic design support for submissions, presentations, and collateral across multiple simultaneous projects.

  • Collaborate with the PDS Client Services Manager and leadership team to proactively deliver assigned design tasks.

  • Ensure all design solutions are effective, timely, and compliant with C&W and PDS brand guidelines.

  • Design and layout pitch documents and presentation materials using Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.

  • Manage artwork edits, maintain visual brand consistency, and support sales personnel in delivering impactful presentations.

About You:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and MS Office for design and layout tasks.

  • Strong understanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain visual consistency across projects.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with client services, leadership, and regional creative teams.

  • Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and adaptability to stakeholder needs.
