***This position is an on-site role based out of our Boston, MA office.***

In this role, you will…

  • Effectively plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks to ensure timely, accurate completion

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and client interactions with a high level of professionalism

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support including file management, contact and database maintenance, invoicing, and general office support

  • Support the creation and execution of proposals, presentations, correspondence, and RFPs using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Administer, edit, and maintain marketing and business collateral independently and in coordination with the Marketing team

  • Conduct research and prepare content for proposals, surveys, lease documents and comparative analyses

  • Research Life Science companies, tenants, and market activity, including lease comps and velocity tracking

  • Serve as the social media lead for the Life Science team

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–5 years of administrative or team support experience in a professional services environment

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Excellent organizational, time management, proofreading, and multitasking skills

  • A customer‑service mindset and the ability to work effectively with strong personalities

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems; comfort with data tracking tools

  • A Bachelor’s degree a plus

  • Commercial real estate experience a plus

  • In-office/five-day week mindset

Approximate Compensation Range for this Role: $27.00 to $39.62 USD per hour.

Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Benefits  

Employees (and their families) are provided options for employer subsidized medical benefits including RX, dental, vision as well as employer paid basic life/AD&D insurance and short-term / long-term disability. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes an employer match. Employees will also receive 10 days of sick leave and a minimum of 15-days vacation annually. Certain senior-level roles are eligible for unlimited time off. Employees will also enjoy 10 paid holidays plus two personal flex days throughout the calendar year. Twelve weeks (for birth parents) and 4 weeks (for non-birth parents, including adoptive/foster parents) for paid parental leave will also be available for use after successful completion of 90 days of employment.Individuals may be eligible for different or additional benefits under applicable state law.
