The Opportunity:

As a Client Service Technician, you’ll bring your defense security expertise to work on projects for the space mission. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes.

You Have:  

• 3+ years of experience providing initial technical support to clients by responding to inquiries via in-person, phone, email, and support tickets
• 3+ years of experience in performing remote troubleshooting to identify and resolve client-reported technical problems
• 3+ years of experience installing, configuring, and maintaining client hardware, software, and peripheral devices
• 2+ years of experience documenting support activities, including client interactions, problems, and resolutions within a native ticketing system
• Experience in providing basic training and guidance to clients on the proper use of hardware and software
• Knowledge of Air Force IT infrastructure
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience working in the Indo-Pacific region
• Knowledge of the space domain
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
