Trust and Securities Services (Corporate Trust) in Italy provides Trustee and Agency services to Corporate and Financial Institution issuers for short and long-term debt issuances and financings, with a focus on structured finance, conventional debt, project finance and specialized services such as business escrows.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of existing ABS/Bond/Project Finance/Escrow transactions.
  • Manage a dedicated client base, with a view to enhance existing relationships through improved service and develop a service model and reputation that attracts new clients.
  • Support the implementation process of new deals, including internal/external set up and documentation review, in conjunction with internal Teams and various external counterparties involved (Euronext Milan, Bank of Italy, Law Firms and Rating Agencies).
  • Deal with external and internal stakeholders to efficiently and effectively serve TSS Corporate Trust clients.
  • Oversee the completion of client onboarding/KYC packs procedures for both new clients and existing clients, in case of KYC reviews.
  • Execute of cash and securities instructions to be actioned by Operations in relation to existing transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute Investor Reports to clients within the timeframe stated in the transaction documents.
  • Monitor compliance tests and trigger events, within the timeframe set out in transactions documents.
  • Monitor Fee Billing activity.
  • Timely escalation of clients queries.

Skills

  • 4/6 years of experience in similar role.
  • Able to join and onboard quickly and establish positive relationships with the team.
  • Resilient to fast paced environment, able to work well under pressure.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Personal development attitude.
  • Ability to contribute to the success of the team.
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
