Exciting News! Our veterinary hospital is reopening in April 2026, and we are looking for passionate veterinary professionals to help us rebuild and grow our team.

Mountain View Veterinary Clinic is looking for a personable and skilled Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! As the primary point of contact at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring every client interaction—whether over the phone or in person—results in a positive and memorable impression. Your ability to create a welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service will be key to our success. 

  • Salary: $15 – 18 per hour depending on experience and education
  • Schedule: Full-time, 4/10's - variable days based on business days. May include weekends.
  • Location: 1333 Plaza Blvd E, Central Point, OR 97502

Who You Are:

If you have a professional, friendly personality and love to help people and their pets, you will fit right in with our Client Service Team!

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required 
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a veterinary, dental, or medical clinical setting required
  • 1+ years using a Point-of Sale (POS) system preferred
  • Experience processing financial transactions, payment plans, billing and insurance preferred
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures preferred
  • Technologically proficient and comfortable with veterinary or medical record keeping software and other digital communication tools
  • Professional and friendly phone etiquette  
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very detail-oriented 
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Ensure a clean, safe and organized work environment
