Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, keeping them updated about any changes affecting their finances. Answer client inquiries and provide readily available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts. Prepare and verify information for client forms, applications, and other documents.
Provide general administrative duties such as answering the advisor's phone, process expense management reports, prepare routine client correspondence, support for closes, set up of client files, copy and new business correspondence and alerts.
Assist with gathering client data and preparing planning materials and review documents.
Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, entering data, building the agenda and summary of meetings, escorting clients to advisor meeting and providing vital follow-up.
Ensure paperwork is submitted efficiently which includes preparation of forms and documentation for submission to home office, acquisition of appropriate signatures, tracking of new applications and coordination of rollovers.
Assist advisors in servicing clients, including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades and transactions as described by the advisor.
Maintain an understanding of market conditions and movement and perform specialized research as needed. Prepare charts, graphs, tables, and other visual aids to be used in implementation meetings with clients. Run illustrations for insurance and other proposals as needed.

Education and Other Designations:
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Prior experience in a financial planning, investment advisory, or client‑focused professional services environment strongly preferred.
Experience with CRM systems, financial planning tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
Already have, or be able to study for and pass exams, for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, SIE Exam, including Series 7, Series 66, and IL State life, accident, and health insurance licenses.
