As part of the Limited Partner Market Data Services (LP MDS) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of superior service to our clients. This client-facing position involves overseeing a range of functions, utilizing consistent processes and tools to proactively monitor service delivery, manage critical incidents, and facilitate effective communication between clients and subject matter experts (SMEs). The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated desire to assist customers and go above and beyond to meet their needs.

The Client Service Data Associate plays a vital role, overseeing a range of functions to facilitate the delivery of quality data and insights to our limited partner clients.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Limited Partner Market Data Services (LP MDS) clients to tailor our fund/ portfolio monitoring and financial reporting solutions to their specific needs.
Assist in the onboarding of new clients, taking an active role throughout the process to enhance client engagement and ensure reporting effectiveness.
Assist and research data inquiries and platform issues that may arise.
Undertake additional client projects as required.
Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong willingness to learn new applications.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000 to $67,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits. What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
A solid understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
Client services experience.
1+yr. financial service experience.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and a conceptual understanding of the SaaS business model.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and the capability to document processes effectively.
Experience in a collaborative team environment, particularly under tight deadlines.
Willingness to work extended hours during critical periods, such as quarterly reporting.
A positive attitude and a commitment to making impactful contributions to team success.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, with a preference for degrees in Mathematics, Accounting, or Finance.
Experience with proprietary software.
SQL and PowerBI knowledge.
