Role Summary
The Client Service Consultant (CSC) supports the Concierge Bill service within NCSS Money Movement, executing end‑to‑end bill management activities in a controlled, manual environment. This role is responsible for bill intake, validation, processing, and quality control while ensuring adherence to Wealth Management policies, authentication requirements, and segregation‑of‑duties controls.
The role requires strong technical proficiency across multiple systems and the ability to independently manage workflows, resolve exceptions, and maintain high service standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, as the role includes interaction with clients and internal stakeholders, including performing verification callbacks and resolving time‑sensitive exceptions.
Key Responsibilities
Concierge Bill Service
Perform bill intake, validation, processing, and quality control in accordance with established procedures
Follow Wealth Management Authentication and Verification Requirements, including performing client and partner callbacks as needed
Manage and triage the Concierge Bill mailbox, ensuring timely responses and SLA adherence
Coordinate with Relationship Managers and internal partners to resolve exceptions and obtain required documentation
Maintain accurate records and workflow updates to support audit readiness and control compliance
Support client and vendor onboarding activities with appropriate review and validation
NCSS Money Movement
Process money movement transactions, including wires, ACH, transfers, recurring instructions, and check requests
Ensure all transactions comply with authentication and operational standards
Meet established service level agreements (SLAs) with a high degree of accuracy and minimal errors
Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders and escalate issues as needed
Team Contribution
Collaborate effectively with team members and support broader NCSS initiatives
Demonstrate accountability, professionalism, and reliability
Provide coverage and support across roles as needed
Contribute to a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement
Necessary Knowledge, Skill and Experience
2-5+ years of experience in financial and/or client servicing experience preferred.
Knowledge of investment, banking and/or personal trust and advisory operations, products and services usually acquired through related work experience is preferred in order to assist relationship management teams in processing clients’ servicing needs.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills are required to identify, research and/or resolve requests, as well as to manage conflicting priorities and workflow.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage manual, multi‑step processes
Proficiency with systems such as Wealth Passport, Outlook, Adobe, Excel, Word, and DocuSign
Ability to work independently while maintaining control and compliance standards
Strong communication skills, including ability to perform client verification callbacks
Ability to prioritize workload and manage competing deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
