Our Arden Hills, MN office has an excellent opportunity for a Client Service Associate. In this role you will be working on an Advisor Team supporting all aspects of the client experience. We are seeking candidates that have a passion for providing exceptional client service, along with the drive and motivation to deliver results for our fast-growing Team.

This position requires on‑site presence, as our team thrives on in‑person collaboration. We also understand that life occasionally requires flexibility, and the team does its best to support those situations when they arise.
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $50,000.00 – $60,000.00, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Primary Job Functions
Responding to Client questions by phone and email
Researching and resolving issues by interacting with internal Wealth Enhancement Group departments and our custodial partners
Preparing and processing internal documents and custodial documents for client signature such as applications and transfer forms.
Back-office Advisor Support
Preparing Meeting Materials as needed (generating reports, binding presentations, and gathering statements)
Handling Post-Meeting Action Items (archiving notes, client maintenance forms preparation)
Processing Financial Transactions
Depositing client checks
Processing money movements
Submitting Trade Instructions
General Administrative Duties
Preparing/processing USPS/UPS mailings
Scanning documents
Education/Qualifications
1- 3 years of customer service /administrative experience is needed.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.
Excellent communication skills: heavy phone usage required to be successful in the role
Strong process management skills and ability to see tasks through to completion.
Superior Attention to Detail
Problem solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in a banking or financial services role is a plus
Desire to obtain FINRA licensing (Series 7/66)
WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Thus, the entire salary range for those who are classified as the Associate level is $42,500.00 to $63,750.00.
