Role Summary

The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality daily operational and client service support, with a strong emphasis on precision, accuracy, and attention to detail. This role supports client-facing associates including Client CIOs, Account Executives, and Client Investment Analysts by ensuring client deliverables, reporting, and service requests are executed flawlessly and on time, helping to strengthen client relationships and retention.

A core responsibility of the CSA is to continually evaluate processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality, and consistency while minimizing risk and error.

This position supports the Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and provides analytical, client administration, and client servicing support to senior team members. The CSA works collaboratively across GTM, finance, marketing, product, investment, data teams, external vendors, and other enterprise partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes and effectively support client and business needs.

  

Years of Experience

3-5 years of experience of client service work in the asset management or financial services industry preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

  • Provide detailed, accurate daily support for client service and client administration to senior members of the team (Client CIO’s, Account Executives and Client Investment Analysts). 
  • Support client-facing associates with materials, data, reporting, and follow-ups critical to client satisfaction and retention.
  • Execute tasks requiring a high level of accuracy, quality control, and adherence to established processes.
  • Updating and coordinating client materials such as investment reviews, presentations, customized client reporting, and client communications using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and other pertinent software.
  • Provide support to department for client related activities, to include serving as subject matter expert for file management system (P8) and Salesforce.
  • Management/Executive Coordination - Assist in ongoing/ad-hoc department projects, including quarterly client tracking, large client mailings and maintenance of department Business Continuity Plan.
  • Client Support - Provide proactive support on daily tasks that allows relationship team to conduct business in an efficient, professional, and organized manner. This includes coordinating/communicating client information to internal stakeholders and assisting in management of client reporting deliverables.

Candidate Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy including an awareness of downstream effects of actions.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF. 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Solves and analyzes problems effectively, with a process for decision-making.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external contacts.
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Ability to coordinate department projects.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
