Role Summary
The Client Service Associate (CSA) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality daily operational and client service support, with a strong emphasis on precision, accuracy, and attention to detail. This role supports client-facing associates including Client CIOs, Account Executives, and Client Investment Analysts by ensuring client deliverables, reporting, and service requests are executed flawlessly and on time, helping to strengthen client relationships and retention.
A core responsibility of the CSA is to continually evaluate processes and workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, service quality, and consistency while minimizing risk and error.
This position supports the Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and provides analytical, client administration, and client servicing support to senior team members. The CSA works collaboratively across GTM, finance, marketing, product, investment, data teams, external vendors, and other enterprise partners to gain a comprehensive understanding of business processes and effectively support client and business needs.
Years of Experience
3-5 years of experience of client service work in the asset management or financial services industry preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
