About This Job
The Client Service Advocate (CSA) at Axos Securities supports Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Broker Dealer clients by delivering high-quality service and operational assistance. This role requires solid knowledge of Wealth Management operations and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client needs. As a key member of the client service team, the CSA works collaboratively within Axos to ensure smooth account management and contribute to business growth.Responsibilities
Act as a primary contact for supported Firms, using working knowledge of RIA and Broker Dealer operations to assist with inquiries related to Account Opening, Account Maintenance, Trading, Corporate Actions, ACATS (Automated Customer Account Transfer Service), Money Movement, and Tax Reporting.
Partner with Operations, Technology, Compliance, and other internal teams to help resolve client issues efficiently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with client firms, understanding their business needs and providing responsive service.
Work with the Sales Relationship Management team to identify opportunities for new account growth and support firms’ ongoing development.
Monitor client accounts, identify challenges, and help implement timely solutions to improve the client experience.
Share feedback and ideas to enhance internal processes and support continuous improvement within the organization.
Qualifications
HS Diploma
4-6+ years of relevant experience in financial services, with exposure to Wealth Management and operations support for RIAs and Broker Dealers.
Familiarity with Account Opening, Account Maintenance, Trading, Corporate Actions, ACATS, Money Movement, and Tax Reporting.
Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Commitment to client advocacy and delivering excellent service.
Working knowledge of Axos Securities’ technology platforms and service offerings preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
