They help organisations navigate complex regulatory landscapes and enhance their internal controls to mitigate risks effectively.As a Client Risk Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Support the end-to-end delivery of various KYC and Client Acceptance strategic initiatives and ensure quality of deliverables is in line with program expectations
-Help to improve KYC and Client Acceptance processes, drive quality and consistency ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
-Support team leadership to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, especially during a time of change
-Support development and delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, including deployment of new technologies and compliance requirements
Ad-hoc projects determined from time to time, including the provision of general support to other KYC and Client Acceptance activities
-Being part of a large cross-functional team, and the opportunity of working with One Firm Risk leaders, engagement teams and project teams
-Contribute directly to the firm in achieving its performance goals, especially regarding growth, leading firm and quality
-Engage in a solutions-focused, cohesive and vibrant team
-Ability to collaborate and contribute as a team member, leader and subject matter expert - understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback
-Experience in KYC program implementation/transformation, including KYC policies and technology implementation
-Proficiency in MS Office Suite
-Excellent understanding of data and able to utilize data to gain business intelligence and insights
-A focus on client service, with an ability to share and collaborate with others
-Clear, articulate and confident written and verbal communication skills: advanced written and spoken English (mandatory)
-Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities including judgment and problem-solving skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
-Project management skills
-A conscientious, ambitious team player, with good self-management skills
