As our UK business continues to grow, we are expanding our team with a Client Retention Account Manager who will play a key role in strengthening long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will maximise client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering proactive, value-driven support, tailored guidance, and data-led insights across customer lifecycle.

This is an evening-based role designed to support US trading hours, with typical working hours of 1pm–10pm UK time, Monday to Friday.
