Client Reporting Services Coordinator

Who You’ll Work With:

We are seeking a Nashville based Private Client Reporting Junior Analyst to join our Private Client Reporting Team within Private Client Operations.​ The candidate will report to the department manager and provide support to the AB Private Client Sales force with respect to all aspects of Client Reporting (Monthly and Quarterly, Custom, Brokerage Statements, Audit, Regulatory, and Consolidated).  Private Client Reporting plays an integral role in the Private Client Business as the main responsibility is overall data quality on internal reports.

What You’ll Do:

• Mailing Client Reports

• Printing and mailing of client checks for private client

• Liaise with PC Legal and PC Sales in regard to verification of deposit requests

• Partner with offshore team and learn all private client reporting processes and functions

• Coordinate scheduling and travel for department manager.

• Enhance all aspects of the client reporting experience including Bernstein.com

• Assist user acceptance testing with respect to reporting requirements and changes

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree.  No prior experience is required. The candidate must be responsible, highly organized, detail oriented and efficient. Strong interpersonal skills and clear communication skills, both written and oral, are required. The candidate should also have problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment. A strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage various projects or tasks at once is also required. The ideal candidate should be able to independently research and resolve issues. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in generating Excel spreadsheets and documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
