The Opportunity

We're growing, and we're looking for someone who thrives on connection, loves the thrill of a well-earned sale, and genuinely enjoys being the person clients turn to when they need answers.

This is a relationship-first, sales-forward role. As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS), you are the primary point of contact for a portfolio of builder members. You will own those relationships from day one by onboarding clients, guiding them through the warranty process, identifying opportunities to expand their coverage, and making sure they feel well-served at every touchpoint.

You will work closely with the Client Development Specialist (CDS) to cross-sell insurance products and grow revenue within your book of business.

The right person for this role is proactive, personable, and energized by the idea of being a trusted advisor to clients in a niche and growing industry.

Day in the Life:

Build and manage client relationships

  • Serve as the go-to contact for a portfolio of builder members, delivering responsive and knowledgeable service at every stage of their membership.

  • Conduct regular outreach including six-month check-in calls, renewal calls, and expiry calls to maintain engagement and drive retention.

  • Introduce new builder members to the WIMS platform and support their team as needed.

Drive sales and cross-sell opportunities

  • Quote and cross-sell commercial insurance products including Commercial General Liability, Course of Construction, and Vacancy coverage.

  • Refer clients to HUB colleagues for other insurance and employee benefits needs.

Support new membership and enrollment

  • Assist clients through the membership application process, including document collection, follow-up, and WIMS setup.

  • Process home enrollment registrations and commencement documents accurately and within defined timelines.

  • Manage enrollment changes, level adjustments, and de-enrollment requests with attention to detail and proper approvals.

Be the expert your clients rely on

  • Maintain current knowledge of home warranty regulations in your region and guide clients on their obligations and requirements.

  • Support clients through the claims process in partnership with the Claims Representative.

  • Stay current on HUB Warranty products, processes, and updates so every client interaction adds value.

What you will bring to our team:

  • A naturally outgoing personality with a genuine love of building relationships and helping people.

  • A sales mindset - you spot opportunities, follow through on leads, and find satisfaction in growing a book of business.

  • Level 1 or Level 2 General Insurance License, or the drive to obtain one (we will support you).

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and the confidence to pick up the phone.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload independently.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and comfort learning new software platforms.

  • Experience in New Home Warranty, real estate, insurance, or construction is a definite asset, but not required.

  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset.

  • Fluency in Cantonese or Punjabi is an asset but not required.
