About the department

GSS International department provides TA service delivery and business partners oversight, as well as key distribution relationship support, for the funds domiciled in the CEEMEA, Americas and APAC Regions.
Part of the group is a new Benji Customer Support Team which is responsible for the Transfer Agent activities including Client Service, Operations, AML/KYC, and Commissions/Rebates. The team is supporting funds distribution in above mentioned markets also with regards to projects and provides an overview of local procedures and processes.
This position is a 12-month contract role.

How you will add value

Responsibilities:

  • You will address complex client inquiries and resolve complaints.

  • You will verify and process requests and transactions.

  • You will onboard new clients and manage email communication.

  • You will reconcile and validate banking payments.

  • You will perform system testing and quality checks.

  • You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

  • You will identify workflow improvements and recommend solutions.

  • You will monitor for suspicious activity and ensure compliance.

  • You will represent the division in projects and assist supervisors.

What will help you be successful in this role


Experience, Education & Certifications:

  • Fluent English and Polish communication skills.

  • Experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC).

  • Background in client service and operations.

  • Previous Transfer Agency (TA) experience is an advantage.


Technical & Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.
