Position Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and market sources.
Work with our clients to ensure they are completely satisfied with our products and services
Support their plan governance by recommending solutions
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrate initiative, motivation and accountability
Expert consultative selling and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze complex relationships and complete goals
Strong business sense and presence
Ability to clearly communicate, build rapport and effectively partner with internal and external business partners.
Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in a changing environment
Develop strategy, goals and display the capability to adjust, regardless of obstacles or circumstances
Strong knowledge of Group Retirement Services and products.
Hold a valid Driver’s license and own their own vehicle
Hold the RPA or CEBS designation or must be willing to obtain within 18 months of hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
RPA designation
4-5 years post secondary education
Strong communication & presentation skills
Strong knowledge in Group Retirement Products within the financial industry
