At Iress, we design technology that powers financial markets, wealth management, and the broader financial services ecosystem. As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll work with investment managers, fund managers, and private wealth professionals who rely on our software to manage portfolios, execute trades, and serve their clients with confidence. You’ll be the primary link between Iress and your clients, ensuring our solutions deliver real value while driving retention, growth, and long-term partnerships.
What you’ll do
Build and manage trusted relationships with key clients and decision-makers
Understand client strategies, priorities, and challenges to shape meaningful solutions
Drive account performance through retention, increased usage, and solution expansion
Lead commercial discussions, forecasting, and account planning
Support product adoption and educate clients on new features and releases
Act as an escalation point to ensure an excellent client experience
What you bring
5+ years’ experience in financial services, wealth, or investment environments
Strong understanding of financial markets, portfolio or wealth management workflows
Proven experience managing and growing client accounts
Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and commercial decision-makers
A client-first mindset with strong commercial judgement

Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or related field (required)
Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or equivalent (preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services (required)
Previous experience in Wealth or Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory or similar (preferred)
