Client Relationship Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a relationship-driven professional with a background in sales, account management, and/or high-touch client service to join our growing Client Service team.

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients navigating their claims journey. As a key member of our front office, you are the face of the organization — building trusted relationships, driving claim progress, and delivering a high-touch experience that sets the tone for everything that follows.

High performers in this role can advance into Senior Client Relationship Manager, Team Lead, Operations, or other leadership tracks within the organization. Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage a portfolio of approximately 100 claims.
  • Serve as the dedicated front office relationship lead, providing proactive updates and high-touch service throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
  • Drive claim momentum by coordinating with insurance carriers, medical providers, and third parties to secure necessary documentation and move claims forward.
  • Identify coverage opportunities, damages, and recovery potential through detailed claims review.
  • Open and manage claims, ensuring all filings and deadlines are met.
  • Track and manage liens, balances, and related financial components with strong attention to detail.
  • Utilize Litify (Salesforce) to maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, providing updates and strategic insights.
  • Maintain organized files to ensure claims are positioned for successful transition when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Background in sales, account management, client success, or high-volume customer service.
  • Comfortable managing a “book” of clients with accountability for responsiveness and follow-through.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and confidently handle sensitive conversations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented while maintaining a client-first mindset.
  • Motivated by performance, productivity, measurable outcomes — and long-term career growth.
Compensation Range:
$65,000$75,000 USD

Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
