Marsh Turkey is seeking candidates for Client Relationship Management Manager (Mercer Marsh Benefits) to join our EH&B / Business Development team based in the Istanbul office!

We will count on you to:

  • Prospecting, finding prospects that can be client and building relationship with them

  • Designing health / life / personal accident insurance plan RFPs for corporations according to their needs and earlier insurance experiences

  • Searching insurance market for proposals according to the designed insurance plan alternatives invite insurance companies for tender

  • Managing the tender, negotiating with the insurance companies in order to get the best premium for the client withot compromising from the desired terms, conditions and the gained rights.

  • In the end of bidding period presenting the proposals in comparison tables to the client.

  • Setting good and sustainable relationships with clients and insurance companies by providing the best and fair service for both sides.

  • Arranging client meetings in order to keep track of customer satisfaction and discuss issues about the management of the insurance plan

  • Preparing and presenting ‘claims experienced’, 'claim statistics' and ‘current insured employees’ reports

  • Being the contact person between client and insurance companies.

  • Playing the organizer and planner role in solving problems that client experiences

What you need to have:

  • University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering

  • 8+ years’ experience in account management or sales in insurance sector

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English

  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team

  • Advanced communication, presentation and training skills

  • Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented

  • Proficiency with MS Office applications

Client Relations & Benefits Expertise:

  • Manage relationships with both existing and new MMB clients, formulating regional benefits strategies.

  • Foster strong client relationships, comprehending their business and employee benefits philosophy.

  • Manage the renewal of insured benefits programs and aid in communication to employees.

Market Insight & Relationship Building:

  • Gain a deep understanding of insurers' service propositions and capabilities to provide well-informed recommendations to MMB clients.

  • Engage in discussions with underwriters regarding claims and funding for MMB clients.

  • Participate in negotiations on insurer service level agreements for individual MMB clients.

Portfolio Growth & Business Development:

  • Identify prospects through individual relationships, research, and referrals.

  • Explore opportunities for expanding within existing clients.

  • Collaborate with other organizational practices to facilitate cross-selling opportunities.

Process Compliance & Financial Targets:

  • Adhere to internal servicing guidelines to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Ensure the accuracy of policy contracts and client documentation.

  • Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Achieve individual retention and new business targets.

  • Record and report revenues on a monthly basis.
