Client Relationship Director – Pensions Consulting

We are looking for a Client Relationship Director to help develop and drive forward Capita’s strategic positioning in the Consulting market. In this role you will be an SME and provide support to Capita colleagues throughout the Group.

The Client Relationship Director has responsibility for growing various Client accounts by way of strategic account management. You will work closely with other Consulting and Operations SMEs to sell the wide range of services that Capita Pensions Solutions has to offer.

You will be accountable for developing and leading relationships for existing clients, fostering strong partnerships, improving client satisfaction and experience. Identifying and developing up sell and cross-selling opportunities.

Job Description:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Understands the client requirements for the sectors supported, working with our workforce management teams to ensure forecasting and planning meets with client demands and our strategy/approach to customer experience and the design and process improvement activity which underpins this, supports the strategic direction of the client
  • Attend service reviews with the clients
  • Works with the MI teams to provide qualitive data insights for our clients
    Continuously review processes and ensures the implementation of operational best practice

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • DB Pensions Consulting experience
  • Experience in a client relationship or account management role
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely including complex technical requirements
  • Excellent people management skills, ability to mentor and coach a team
  • Establish, monitor and feedback standards of performance and behaviour to meet client requirements
  • Meticulous about presentation, you will ensure that the communication to clients’ is of the highest quality both in terms of detail and accuracy
  • Ability to develop and manage your team to their full potential
