Position Overview: The Program Associate plays a key role in delivering a seamless client experience by supporting program operations and building strong client relationships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating a positive and professional experience for every interaction. You’ll serve as the initial point of contact for clients while coordinating with internal teams to deliver consistent execution of services and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience & Coordination: Act as a front-line resource for clients, assisting with coverage setup and guiding them through the binding process. Ensure a smooth experience by delivering clear communication, accurate information, and consistent follow-through.
Program Support: Support day-to-day operations, providing organized and accurate client records, ensuring all information is communicated effectively across teams and help program implementation.
Account Management: Maintain accurate client records and ensure clients receive timely updates and information regarding their coverage.
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Proactively identify client needs and resolve issues efficiently, escalating more complex matters as needed while maintaining a high level of client confidence.
Process & Service Improvement: Contribute to ongoing improvements in client experience by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities within workflows.

The base salary offered for the successful candidate will be based on compensable factors such as job-relevant education, job-relevant experience, training, licensure, demonstrated competencies, geographic location, and other factors. Discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded.
