Support the complete, accurate and timely execution of daily regulatory client reporting obligations in compliance with the financial market regulations EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG (Switzerland), and SRD2 (Shareholder Identification)
Monitor and maintain high data quality standards by identifying discrepancies, initiating corrections, and escalating anomalies according to defined procedures
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and compliance functions to resolve breaks, clarify reporting obligations, and implement corrective actions
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations within a financial institution, ideally involving regulatory transaction reporting or transaction monitoring
Solid understanding of investment products and their main characteristics
Practical familiarity with European financial regulations, including EMIR, MiFID II/MiFIR, FinfraG, and SRD2 reporting requirements is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related discipline
Fluency in English (written and spoken), proficiency in German is strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; experience with regulatory transaction reporting platforms is beneficial
