Broadridge is hiring—and we’re looking for a Client Project Administrator to join our team in Deer Park, NY. In this highly visible role within our Operations and Client Relations team, you will collaborate with clients, internal partners, and external stakeholders to execute and support corporate action distributions to shareholders. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, supporting client conversions and testing, maintaining compliance documentation, and delivering on project milestones.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a member of the operations team providing corporate action support to 130+ bank and broker client
Execute shareholder mailings in accordance with issuer requirements and custodial participation guidelines
Support new client conversions and existing client testing initiatives
Monitor systems, policies, and procedures; recommend enhancements to improve operational efficiency
Research and resolve client inquiries through data analysis and logical problem-solving
Act as a frontline support partner to both clients and internal stakeholders
Advocate for clients by coordinating across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Draft and maintain written requirements, documentation, and procedural updates
Assist with compliance documentation and business continuity testing efforts
Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and business reviews (both onsite and offsite)
Develop and strengthen client relationships to promote satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred
1+ years experience working in a client support position
1+ years of experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions preferred
2+ years of experience in client relations, project management, or a related role
Familiarity with DTC’s PBS/CA Web platform is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients, products, and competing priorities effectively is a must
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and accountability
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong negotiation and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
This position requires 2x a week in our Deer Park office
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $25.00/hr-$28.00/hr. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
