Role Overview: 
The Client Partner - Healthcare Payer will play a vital role in managing consulting and analytics engagements in Healthcare. He / She will be expected to solve business problems, develop analytical solutions, prioritize objectives, assign tasks, and manage multiple teams in order to achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction and targeted financial results.

The person additionally will be expected to provide leverage to the management in business development and capability development activities. The person should be open to travel for short durations depending on the project or team requirements.

Responsibilities:

Solutioning:

  • Building on analytics mandate across different functions / departments in healthcare and pharma organizations. Deliver on analytical solutions in healthcare domain leveraging deep business understanding and analytical expertise.

  • Strong payer, and provider domain understanding with US reference and experience working in or with companies across the value chai

  • Knowledge of business process flows, systems and operational procedures and a point of view on best practices which can be used for analysis and recommendations

  • Experience in creating, capturing and/or analyzing the business requirements

  • Experience in leading business discovery sessions to understand and map the existing and desired business processes

Program Management and Prioritization:

  • Lead Fortune 500 client engagements and assignments to ensure successful and timely delivery of output with high quality and in accordance with client's needs and expectations.

Analytics Sophistication:

  • Understand the business problem and build the analytical solution framework leveraging advanced analytics algorithms as well as visualization platforms as needed. Produce outcome, generate insights and present findings to the client that meet business requirements.

People management: 

  • Manage multiple teams, perform performance appraisals and develop career progression metrics.

Governance:

  • Define standard metrics and KPIs for clients and establish processes to measure them. Responsible for the quality of delivery for the engagements as measured by relationship specific measures as well as Net Promoter Score (NPS). This would include, among other things, design & review of the solution, scaling and institutionalizing analytics in the client organization, high level of program management, and meeting all other engagement goals.

Business Development:

  • Assist the global sales and consulting teams and coordinate with internal capability teams in pursuing ongoing leads / RFPs from solutioning standpoint.

Qualification & Experience:

  • The person must have displayed Analytics delivery excellence and solutioning expertise to healthcare and life sciences clients with increasing span of influence over their careers. This is an opportunity to grow with the growing HLS vertical of Fractal Analytics.

  • Expected to have minimum 20-25 years of work experience in developing and deploying sophisticated analytical solutions.

  • Minimum 15 years in healthcare and life sciences (payers, providers, pharma, med tech) analytics

Education: BE / BTech, Masters / Bachelors in Statistics, Economics

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current range is: Up to $275,000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus for the current performance period.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time.  You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company.  In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms.   The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take the time needed for either sick time or vacation.
