Responsibilities:

  • Functions as a Client Operations Supervisor, overseeing daily client service operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient service. 
  • Works as part of a supervisory team with management staff to ensure continuity, consistency, and strong lines of communication across client operations and internal departments. 
  • Supervises and assists with hiring recommendations, training, and coaching. 
  • Monitors workflows and client deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion of requests, orders, and services. 
  • Acts as an escalation point for client-related issues and ensures prompt resolution while maintaining strong client relationships. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, logistics, finance, and clinical operations to optimize client experience. 
  • Monitors team productivity, KPIs, and service levels to ensure performance expectations are met and identifies opportunities for improvement. 
  • Develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensures compliance with company policies and processes. 
  • Analyzes operational data and supports reporting efforts to identify trends and improve efficiency. 
  • Oversees the Transition Care Management (TCM) program, including supporting Transition Coordinators and monitoring program performance. 
  • Ensures TCM program KPIs and performance goals are met and supports process improvement initiatives. 
  • Oversees health fair operations across the West Coast, including staffing coordination, logistics, and day-of execution. 
  • Maintains client relationships related to health fair services and ensures high levels of client satisfaction. 
  • Ensures accurate and timely payroll timecard approvals for West Coast HPP staff in compliance with company policies. 
  • Supports operations, logistics, staffing, and scheduling as needed. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • Must have great communication skills
  • Must be tech savvy and computer literate
  • 3+ years of experience in client services, operations, or account management (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
