Role Summary

The Senior Associate will support the delivery of a high level of service to investors transacting in CG’s product line, either directly or indirectly via outsourced transfer agency providers. The role supports investor onboarding activities, including transfer agency account opening and the coordination of required documentation, as well as day‑to‑day fund activity across Alternative Investment Funds, ETFs and CG’s Luxembourg SICAVs. The Senior Associate works closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure processes are completed accurately, timely, and in line with regulatory and operational requirements.

Primary responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality service and support to existing and prospective investors, as well as internal partners, ensuring queries are handled accurately and within expected timelines.

  • Support investor account opening by coordinating documentation and communication between investors (or their representatives), internal client‑facing teams, and outsourced transfer agency providers.

  • Assist with new investor onboarding activities, including the preparation and coordination of legal documentation and supporting the completion of AML/KYC requirements, under appropriate supervision.

  • Monitor investor transaction activity and support ongoing operational processes, liaising with relevant internal departments to help ensure smooth execution.

  • Contribute to the calculation and reporting of distribution fees to financial intermediaries, following established processes and controls.

  • Support oversight of outsourced service providers by helping to monitor service delivery against agreed operational and regulatory standards.

  • Participate in projects and initiatives as a team member, contributing operational input and supporting project delivery as required.

  • Identify issues or discrepancies and escalate appropriately, working with senior team members to support resolution.

  • Assist with documenting processes and maintaining procedural materials to ensure information remains clear, accurate, and up to date.

  • Support the preparation of data and reports for regulatory, management, or internal analysis purposes.

Qualifications

  • 3+years of experience working in asset management, with a background in Alternative Investment Funds, ETFs, and Luxembourg-based funds.

  • Experience in transfer agency oversight or investor support, with solid knowledge of investor AML/KYC requirements.

  • A degree in finance or business management is preferred.

  • Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI

  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages, particularly Italian or Spanish, is considered a strong advantage.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with colleagues, counterparties, and investors.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and a strong orientation towards high-quality service.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player with a keen interest in learning and expanding knowledge.

  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
