Position Summary & Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer-Facing Operations Lead within the APAC Client Operations Team, you will serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our customers—guiding them from order through delivery and ensuring a seamless experience at every step.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery relationship with the customer, ensuring all NCR Voyix products and cross-sold services are flawlessly delivered.
  • Take full accountability for the success of projects, products, and services throughout deployment.
  • Monitor and elevate NCR Voyix delivery performance, identifying gaps and driving improvements where needed.
  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Project Management.
  • Act as a primary escalation point, ensuring issues are addressed promptly using NCR Voyix support teams and processes.
  • Champion Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement, and proactive Risk Mitigation strategies.
  • Hold regular customer meetings to review service quality, discuss upcoming needs, validate product/service assumptions, and identify new NCR Voyix opportunities.
  • Drive performance across key KPIs, including On-Time In Full (OTIF), margin performance (as sold vs. delivered), and field deployment execution.
  • Collaborate with internal NCR Voyix teams to compile, report, and deliver required metrics.
  • Partner with teams to solution new business opportunities, define customer requirements, and prepare customer quotations.
  • Lead the successful delivery of Projects and Programs of Work across complex client environments.
  • Resolve issues effectively at the lowest possible level while confidently escalating when required.
  • Manage third-party partners and conduct customer care visits.
  • Oversee product lifecycle stages, including end-of-life planning.
  • Support COL activities and maintain estate database data integrity.
  • Identify and execute effective change control measures to maximize revenue.
  • Report directly to the Executive Client Operations Lead.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Business/Corporate-level Japanese language proficiency
  • Analytical and/or technical background—ideally within NCR Voyix Services
  • Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • High sense of urgency with effective problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
  • Willingness to work non-standard business hours when required by customers

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working across various NCR Voyix Lines of Business
