Role Summary

The Analyst will be responsible to provide the highest service level & support to investors transacting in CG’s Product line either directly or indirectly via the outsourced transfer agency.  Leads the onboarding of new investors/clients, including transfer agency account opening and coordinating the drafting & negotiation of relevant legal agreements.  Oversees daily fund activity and the outsourced transfer agency service providers for Alternative Investment Funds, ETFs and CG’s Luxembourg SICAVs.

Primary responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service to both existing and prospective investors, as well as internal partners. Ensure that general queries are addressed promptly and efficiently.

  • Facilitate account opening by coordinating communication and documentation between investors (or their representatives), or respective internal client facing teams, and outsourced transfer agency providers.

  • Lead and oversee new investor onboarding, including organizing the drafting, negotiation, and execution of legal agreements, as well as ensuring completion of all AML requirements.

  • Monitor and manage investors’ transaction activity, maintaining clear communication and coordination with relevant internal departments.

  • Participate in the calculation of distribution fees to financial intermediaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes, including reporting of those fees

  • Oversee service quality from external providers, paying close attention to key regulatory and operational requirements for Alternative Investment Funds, ETFs and Luxembourg SICAVs.

  • Act as a subject matter expert or project manager on global initiatives or assigned projects, contributing valuable expertise and leadership.

  • Manage complex issues by focusing on solutions and escalating matters to management as appropriate.

  • Document processes and project-related requests, ensuring that business cases, workflows, and are clear and up to date.

  • capability to generate data reports suitable for regulatory compliance or internal analysis

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience working in asset management, with a background in Alternative Investment Funds, ETFs, and Luxembourg-based funds.

  • Experience in transfer agency oversight or investor support, with solid knowledge of investor AML/KYC requirements.

  • A degree in finance or business management is preferred.

  • Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an asset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with colleagues, counterparties, and investors.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and a strong orientation towards high-quality service.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a dedicated team player with a keen interest in learning and expanding knowledge.

  • A mindset focused on continuous improvement.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
