As a key contributor in our sales organization, this role is designed for a dynamic professional who thrives on applying broad product knowledge to real-world client needs. You’ll play a pivotal role in executing strategic sales plans, managing your territory, and directly engaging with clients to drive results. This position also offers the opportunity to mentor new team members and contribute to performance development, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both individual impact and team collaboration.
Responsibilities
· Working closely with the sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations and produce real business opportunities
· Prospecting for new business through a high volume of cold calling and following up
· Identifying qualified prospects and navigating company structures to identify key decision-makers
· Keeping accurate records in our CRM and building client profiles by updating client information
· Learning, understanding, and applying the LexisNexis value proposition and our world-class business processes
· Achieving consistent monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals and sales KPIs
Requirements
· Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
· Be able to use Microsoft Office applications and CRM
· Have excellent lead generation or inside sales experience
· Be experienced with heavy cold calling volume (50-100 outbound_day)
· Be a good listener, quick thinker, with the ability to work solo and as part of a team
· Demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written
· Be detail orientated with the ability to follow defined processes
· Have solid time management skills

U.S. National Base Pay Range: $43,700 - $72,900. Total Target Cash: $67,300 - $112,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
