Your day at NTT DATA
As a Client Manager at NTT DATA, your role will center on building and nurturing relationships with our assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving expansion across all solution areas. You'll use our state-of-the-art tools and methodologies to understand clients' needs and offer tailored solutions that address their specific business requirements.

You'll manage and grow relationships by leveraging strategic thinking and advanced planning skills, coordinating with our global network of offices to deliver exceptional client experiences. Your focus will include meeting revenue and margin targets while minimizing client churn and maximizing retention.
Acting as the first point of contact, you'll address client issues and ensure consistent client satisfaction. You will use your expertise to transform clients' needs into actionable solutions, helping them achieve their business goals with our services.
 

The Client Manager serves as a trusted advisor to assigned clients, leveraging strong business acumen, strategic planning capabilities, and modern sales tools to understand customer needs and align them with NTT China/Hong Kong Ltd.’s portfolio of technology solutions and professional services—including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and AI.

Required expereince : 2 years to 6 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Quota bearing sales role, driving business growth with existing customers and winning new logos
  • Enterprise account development – build customer relationships, understand customers’ needs, identify new opportunities
  • Values-selling with technology solutions and professional services
  • Mobilize internal and partner resources to win deals and serve customers’ needs
  • Manage commercial offers
  • Communication, collaboration and negotiation skills

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in a client-facing, quota-bearing sales or account management role
  • Strong background in IT services or professional services sales
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client needs into solutions
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience managing enterprise customer relationships
  • Background in system integration (SI), solution selling, or enterprise account management
