Role Overview 

We are looking for a confident and passionate Client Manager to work on a portfolio of clients within Health & Beauty. We partner with a range of clients including Reckitt, , Haleon, Beiersdorf, L’Oreal, Coty, Colgate, PZ Cussons and many more.  

This role requires an individual committed to delivering excellent standards in both insight and client service, helping us to expand our network and deliver impact with clients.  

You will be joining an ambitious team and given the opportunity to get involved in various workstreams across Health & Beauty, such as thought leadership, PR and commercials.  
 

Role Description (What you will be doing) 

  • Day to day client servicing across multiple clients, involving taking and delivering briefs. The key focus will be on driving action and value from the insights we provide as well as seeking opportunities to further develop the relationship 

  • Visiting clients onsite, delivering presentations and briefs, building relationships with key contacts 

  • Working with multiple teams across the business to drive efficiencies on the account and improve servicing 
     

Role Requirements & Capabilities (The skills and experience required) 

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to put together insightful and impactful presentations 

  • Able to build and maintain fantastic client relationships, inspiring trust and confidence 

  • Genuine enthusiasm and interest in Health & Beauty markets (this could be anything from Pain Relief to Hair Removal, Cosmetics to Baby Wipes…) 

  • Confident and experienced presenter able to present to a range of audiences 

  • A strong commercial mind set - ability to spot sales opportunities, propose solutions and convert
