Role Description
- The Client and Market Insights Associate is part of a data science team, responsible for transforming internal and external data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- The role focuses on the continuous review of Institutional Cash Management’s client, market, and commercial data to derive key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, forecasts, and forward-looking insights that inform business strategy, client engagement, and growth initiatives.
- This position works closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Strategy, and Finance to provide fact-based insights into client behaviour, market trends, and performance drivers.

Your key responsibilities
- Regularly review and analyse cross-border payments data, including volumes, values, revenues, margins, corridors and currencies – to derive KPIs, forecasts and key action items
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses reflecting macroeconomic data, FX, Liquidity, regulatory, and cross-border payment developments
- Identify market trends, competitor analysis, DB’s market share analysis etc. using external and internal data, payment usage, corridor growth, pricing data etc.
- Conduct client segmentation analysis, pricing analysis, benchmarking, corridor profitability, client wallet share analysis etc.
- Design and deliver dashboards to support sales, business planning, and strategic initiatives with data-driven projections
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- 1+ years prior experience in working with large datasets, analytics, forecasting, business intelligence, market insights, or a similar role preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and some knowledge of BI and visualization tools preferred (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Working knowledge of databases, SQL, or data extraction tools is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset
