Client Financial Partner Manager

Overview of Position

The Client Financial Partner Manager serves as a key finance business partner supporting large Mobile clients by managing financial deliverables, leading detailed financial analysis, client profitability and supporting client communications. This role partners closely with the Account Management team and various other departments across the organization to ensure the clients’ financial reporting is accurate, issue resolution, and client insights that support profitability and the clients’ growth initiatives. While client‑facing, this role operates under the strategic direction of senior leadership.

What will be my responsibilities for this position?

Client Financial Reporting & Analysis (50%)

  • Review client statements before they are issued to the client to ensure proper rates have been applied, no anomalies appear in the relevant trend and per unit amounts are as expected

  • If errors or anomalies are identified in statements, discuss the resolution with Accounting while ensuring statements are still issued timely.

  • Monitoring of key client KPIs to ensure program is performing according to deal assumptions

  • Identification of variances and analysis of those variances down to root cause

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams internal to ensure client financials are accurate and complete

  • Develop corrective action plans together with key product and operational owners and manage the action plans to completion

Client Support & Business Reviews (35%)

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly client business reviews, including financial insights and performance commentary

  • Participate in client meetings as a finance subject matter expert

  • Coordinate issue resolution with internal teams and support ongoing client communication

Project & Initiative Support (15%)

  • Participate in financial analysis for client initiatives, new products, pricing updates, and contract changes

  • Support modeling for growth opportunities, RFPs, and special client requests

  • Implement and enhance financial processes and controls to improve client reporting

  • Provide ad hoc analysis and decision support to leadership.

Responsibility for Work of Others

  • No direct reports

Financial Responsibility

  • Supports financial oversight and reporting for large Mobile client programs with significant revenue impact

What are the requirements needed for this position?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive finance or accounting experience

  • Experience supporting complex client programs or large datasets

Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong financial analysis and reconciliation skills

  • Advanced Excel; experience working with large datasets (SQL a plus)

  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and communicate financial concepts clearly

  • High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills

Travel

  • Up to 10%

  • Experience supporting client‑facing finance roles

  • Experience in mobile, insurance, or regulated industries

  • Exposure to financial modeling and pricing analysis

Pay Range:

$88,000.00 - $147,000.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
