Financial Operations Manager

Position Overview

JLL is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for our India and Poland operations. This strategic finance role demands a hands-on professional who combines deep analytical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to drive financial accuracy, process excellence, and operational efficiency across multicultural teams.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare comprehensive annual budgets and conduct financial analytics for India and Poland operations. Execute quarterly accruals and deliver monthly budget vs. actual reporting with detailed variance analysis to support informed decision-making.

Budget Management & Strategic Forecasting Develop strategic forecasting models to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budget performance. Lead vendor invoice review processes in collaboration with finance executives to ensure accuracy and compliance across all transactions.

Leadership & Team Development Mentor and guide finance team members, providing coaching on accuracy, error prevention, and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through collaborative leadership and knowledge sharing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration Support cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business growth. Contribute to JLL's culture of excellence through collaborative leadership and professional integrity.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 5-8 years of corporate finance or client finance experience with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and budget management.

Technical Expertise Proven hands-on experience in financial domain with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling). Demonstrated experience with Power BI for financial reporting and data visualization.

Core Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively across diverse, multicultural teams. Experience in multi-country financial operations and understanding of regional compliance requirements. Proven track record of team leadership and mentoring with focus on accuracy and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial process automation and digital transformation initiatives. Previous experience in budget optimization and cost reduction initiatives.
