Purpose of Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join Pantheon’s Change team on a permanent basis, working on strategic client experience programs. The Business Analyst will engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and support project delivery across multiple areas including strategy, business change, systems development and implementation. They successful candidate will be expert in the practice of eliciting, validating and tracking business and system requirements from initiation through to successful delivery. They will have broad experience working on a variety of technology and change projects in the financial services sector and ideally have experience within private markets front office / investor relations operating models. The candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work independently with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
